Blue Waffles Myth

There is no such thing in the universe called as the Blue Waffles Disease. It is, but a giant myth and we have busted it right here. Type the name in Google, give it a search and guess what comes up? Spam. Medically acclaimed websites such as the WebMD, NHS or MayoClinic do not even accredit something like it. Some might be intrigued that why are we even talking about it? Now that might be a good question but if anyone is reading this, he/she either searched for the disease or clicked at it and that is just about enough to get them thinking about this myth because the results that come up are definitely horrific and terrifying.

Busting Blue Waffles – The Right Way

The idea might actually be good for people who like hearing jokes or even looking at some without getting horrified. What they simply need to do is: Get ahead and search for what causes this infection and how is it an STD? Nothing is even near to being true about it. The sad part about it is that some people believe it to be real and if you ask them about it, they will share their knowledge of spam websites with you. Some common words or lines that you might hear are:

  • It is a serious infection
  • The disease might kill you
  • Get yourself checked by the doctor

The name itself is just a slang term and that is enough for someone intelligent or logical to declare it nonexistent. You might also hear people talking about itching and bruising around stupid stuff. Going deep into what causes the disease, there is more rubbish to experience as they will declare the causes not being limited to:

  • How your sleeping environment affects it
  • How your relationship status might have a role to play in it
  • How your clothing can get you linked to the disease

Busting the images

The images of the so called disease circulating on the Web or Google are just photo-shopped images so do not be fooled by looking at them. A good question might be: Why would someone do something like it or what would be the advantage of doing so? The answer is simple: The world is full of idiots. Some do it for fun while others do it for a living. Getting attention or traffic on spam websites can help them earn money because this is the way some revenue generating companies work. That was everything we had to say about it and we will end that on a good note. Again, do not be fooled by it, it is just a myth.
